The most layered work: a quiet raft at the boundary between worlds (a hushed echo of Géricault's Raft of the Medusa), a cave that opens into the shape of an angel, stones resting like the knees of God, and the tree of knowledge — its apple not a forbidden fruit but the point where vision gathers. The brushwork no longer maps a force field but a pulse; the canvas seems to breathe and glow. It is less an illustration of the myth than a way of living it: to know God turns out to be a way of knowing yourself.
